This rare original Simplicity 1282 sewing pattern is an unprinted  pattern from the early 1930's. The pattern makes a pair of tap pants / shorts and a pretty bralette with a bow. There is one piece - Letter K - that is torn and only a portion remains, so you would need to replace that piece. The envelope is open on two of the 4 sides and has staining on the back. The instructions are also torn as shown.
